What does a "Somatic Approach" actually mean?

It means we don’t just talk about your problems; we work with where stress lives in your body. I use gentle techniques to help your nervous system stop scanning for danger, so you can feel calm physically, not just logically.

That is completely normal. “Return to Self” focuses on deep identity work and healing from past emotional erosion. “Burnout Recovery” focuses on professional resilience and boundaries. We will choose the right path together during your discovery call.

As an MPCC (Provisional) #5058, my services are recognized by many Canadian benefit plans. I provide a detailed receipt with my registration number for you to submit to your provider for reimbursement.

Therapy often focuses on understanding the past. My coaching focuses on building the future. I blend clinical therapeutic frameworks for safety with active coaching tools to help you create new patterns and move forward.

Ideally, yes. The magic happens in the dynamic between you. However, I sometimes recommend individual “breakout” sessions if one partner needs extra support regulating their nervous system before re-engaging.
