Ideally, yes. The magic happens in the dynamic between you. However, I sometimes recommend individual “breakout” sessions if one partner needs extra support regulating their nervous system before re-engaging.
“Do I need grief coaching or trauma work?” “Is it burnout or something deeper?” You don’t need to diagnose yourself before we speak. That is what the discovery call is for. We will untangle it together.
