Return to Yourself, One Echo at a Time

Healing happens in the echo of being truly heard. Not fixed. Not rushed. Just held.
Echo Circle Counselling is where your story is honored, your emotions are met with care, and your healing unfolds at the pace of safety. We gently navigate the echoes of your past—the memories that loop, the patterns that repeat, the pain that won’t quite let go—and guide you toward clarity, resilience, and peace.

You don’t have to walk this journey alone.

Meet Your Counsellor

Javeria Khan — Counsellor, Coach, & Guide

I bring an uncommon blend to this work: 20 years of corporate leadership in international business, two Master’s degrees (Software Engineering and Business Consultancy from Manchester Business School), and the hard-won wisdom of someone who’s walked through emotional abuse, profound grief, and identity loss herself.

I understand what it’s like to hold it together in boardrooms while falling apart inside. To perform competence while carrying invisible weight. To be a mother, a professional, and a woman who’s lost herself in the process.

My approach bridges the clinical and the spiritual—evidence-based trauma therapy meets energy work, nervous system regulation, and intuitive guidance. I work with what you can name and what you can only feel.

Training & Background:

  • Master Practitioner Counsellor (Provisional), CPCA
  • Certified Life Coach specializing in emotional abuse recovery and grief
  • Two Master’s degrees (Software Engineering & Business Consultancy, Manchester Business School)
  • 20 years corporate experience in sales, marketing, and international consulting
  • Mother of two, spiritual seeker, and survivor turned guide

I see you—all of you. The competent professional and the woman who’s exhausted. The strong mother and the person who needs holding. The strategic mind and the sensitive soul.
