My Story

I Had It All—Except Myself

Let me tell you something most people don’t know about me.

For twenty years, I worked in corporate multinationals, with international clients, and on boards across continents. I earned two Master’s degrees on a full scholarship. I became a mother of two beautiful girls. I checked every box.

And I was completely lost.

Not in a dramatic way. In the quiet way. The way where you keep performing, keep delivering, keep holding it all together—while something inside you slowly goes silent.

I became what everyone needed me to be. Accommodating. Agreeable. Strong enough to carry everything. Small enough not to threaten anyone.

“I didn’t realize I was losing myself until I was already gone.”

Emotional abuse doesn’t announce itself. It hides in plain sight. It sounds like love. It looks like loyalty. It whispers, “This is just how things are.” And by the time you recognize it, you’ve forgotten the words to name it.

Then grief arrived. Not gently—but completely. The kind of loss that doesn’t leave room for pretending anymore.

Everything I’d built stopped making sense. The career. The identity. The version of strength I’d been surviving on. And for the first time, I stopped performing—and started feeling.

In that breaking open, I discovered something unexpected: myself.

I learned that healing isn’t just psychological. It’s somatic. Energetic. Soul-deep. I found a guide who could hold all of me—the corporate leader and the grieving woman, the strategic mind and the sensitive spirit. Someone who didn’t ask me to choose between strength and vulnerability.

That relationship changed everything.

I left the corporate world. Trained as a CPCA Certified Life Coach. Became a Master Practitioner Counsellor. Specialized in emotional abuse recovery and grief.

Now I offer what I once desperately needed: a safe, attuned presence for high-achieving women and sensitive professionals who’ve spent too long hiding who they really are.

If you’ve been performing your whole life, I see you.

You’re not too soft. You’ve just never been held the way you needed.
